Product management hiring is narrative-driven. VPs of Product are not looking for a list of features you shipped; they are looking for evidence of product thinking. The best PM resumes describe the problem you identified, the data that informed your approach, the trade-offs you navigated, and the outcome you delivered. 'Launched feature X' is a task.
