How do I use the resume builder and export my resume?
The ATS Resume Builder lets you edit your resume section by section and export it as PDF or DOCX. It is scored by the same engine as the analyzer, so the score you see in the builder is the score you would get from an analysis. Save your work as you go: changes are not saved automatically.
Save as you go
The builder does not autosave. Use the save control after any block of edits, and save before you leave the page or switch tabs. This is deliberate rather than an oversight, so that a half-finished edit never overwrites a resume you were happy with.
Exporting
You can export as PDF or DOCX. Export DOCX when the employer application form accepts it, since it is the format applicant tracking systems parse most reliably.
Who has access
The builder is available on the 24-hour pass and on Executive.
