Can I get a refund?
There is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refunds are assessed on the service provided, not on employment outcomes: we cannot refund on the basis that a job search did not produce interviews, because that depends on factors outside the product. What the guarantee covers
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to the service. If the product did not do what it says it does, contact us and we will sort it out.
What it does not cover
ResumeAdapter does not guarantee interviews or job offers, and refunds are not assessed against employment outcomes. Whether an application succeeds depends on your qualifications, the competition, the market, and timing, none of which the product controls.

How to request one
Get in touch with the email address on the account and the approximate purchase date. Payments are processed through Stripe and refunds return to the original payment method.
