How does the career change analyzer work?
The career change analyzer compares your background against a role you have not held before. Instead of scoring you against requirements you cannot yet meet, it identifies which of your existing skills transfer, names the genuine gaps, and returns a transition roadmap. It is included with Executive.

Why it is separate from a normal analysis
A standard ATS analysis assumes you are applying within your field, so it treats missing domain experience as a gap to close on the resume. In a career change, that experience genuinely is not there, and the useful question is which of your existing work maps onto the new role instead.
