Separation packet insert / from [YOUR COMPANY NAME]Resumeadapter

6 months of ResumeAdapter, paid for by [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. Yours to use, and yours alone.

ResumeAdapter tailors your resume to one job posting at a time. It lists every requirement the posting asks for that your resume does not show, rewrites your bullets in your own words and lets you approve each change, then scores the result against the same posting before you send it. Nothing is invented: a rewrite that adds a number or a skill you never listed is reverted to your original.

What you getUnlimited scans, guided rewrites with a receipt, Career Fit, cover letters, a tracker. Everything in the Executive plan.
What your employer seesThat a code was used. Not by whom, not for what. There is no employer view of your account.
What it is notNot a coach, not a job board, not a promise. It measures one thing, how close your resume sits to a posting, and prints it honestly.
For HR: the paragraph for the separation letter
To support your next step, [YOUR COMPANY NAME] has purchased 6 months of ResumeAdapter for you, a tool that tailors your resume to specific job postings and checks every change against your own experience. Your access code is on the enclosed page. The account is yours; [YOUR COMPANY NAME] cannot view anything you create with it. If you have questions about the tool, contact contact@resumeadapter.com, not [YOUR COMPANY NAME].

Have counsel read it before it goes out: it promises access to a tool for a fixed period, not an outcome, and it names the support contact so the company is not the help desk. Replace the bracketed names. Nothing else needs editing.
